Lee Berg – Lee has been working in IT for almost 25 years. For the past 20 years, she has served as one of the computer instructors at Shannondell at Valley Forge. Lee specializes in the installation, customized set-up, and troubleshooting of Windows and Apple computers, printers, routers/Wi-Fi, Amazon Echo, streaming devices such as Roku, Amazon and Apple TV, Smart TVs, Fitbits, iPads and other tablets, iPhones and other smart-phones, and many other electronic gadgets. she also specializes in private instruction and is known for the customized directions she creates for her students.

Erich Berg – Erich is the primary computer instructor at Shannondell at Valley Forge and brings over 25 years’ experience with computers in both home and business settings. In addition to teaching computer and iPad/iPhone classes at Shannondell, he also specializes in all versions of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office productivity software such as Word and Excel. Erich also specializes in computer hardware repairs and upgrades such as Memory Expansion, Disk and Hard Drive installation and replacement, Graphics and Sound card installation and Hard Drive destruction.
